Workers' Compensation Manager jobs in Vermont
Workers' Compensation Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing a company's workers' compensation program. Implements all matters of the program, including claim investigations, settlements, and litigation. Being a Workers' Compensation Manager establishes standards and procedures for all matters relating to workers' compensation. Responsible for finding an insurance provider that meets organizational goals of employee coverage and cost effectiveness. Additionally, Workers' Compensation Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of unit/department. The Workers' Compensation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Workers' Compensation Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Position Overview: Dairy Manufacturing Operator Roles (Entry level as a Packing Operator, OR experienced Machine Operator and Batch Maker roles available)
Pay Range: $16 - $30 per hour based on shift and experience.
Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: 6 am - 2 pm, Pay: $16 - $18
- 2nd Shift: 2 pm - 10 pm, Pay: $17 - $18.75
- 3rd Shift: 10 pm - 6 am, Pay: $19 - $20
- Weekend Day (Fri/Sat/Sun only): 6 am - 6 pm, Pay: $17 - $18
- Weekend Night (Fri/Sat/Sun only): 6 pm - 6 am, Pay: $19 - $20
- Weekly Pay
- Pay increases upon permanent status

Requirements:
- Previous experience in dairy manufacturing preferred
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity to lift over 50lbs regularly
- Adaptability to changing production needs
- Basic math skills and accurate record-keeping
- Ability to move items weighing up to 55 pounds
- Constant movement, including on wet floors
