Receive inquiries from customers. Respond to inquiries and provide technical information regarding assembly of systems. Keep distributors updated concerning order status. Answer questions pertaining to delivery/shipping dates. Receive order confirmations and verify with written orders, following up on any discrepancies. Review open orders and follow up with appropriate personnel. Refer sales leads to Inside Sales Manager. Prepare returned goods authorization forms and forward to Inside Sales Manager. Determine truck loading configurations and establish freight rates for LTL quotations/orders Work independently to organize and prioritize work.
