A healthy work life balance is essential:- Monday - Friday
- Availability for various shifts, 6am-2pm, 10am-6pm, 8am-4pm
- Paid Holidays!
- You will focus on member engagement, fitness training, program development...and not selling memberships!
- Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field
- ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSCA certification
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications (American Red Cross or American Heart Association),
- in-person skills component required
- Group exercise experience
- $22.00-$23.00 per hour
- Potential for additional income through personal training

- Builds connections with members and anticipates their needs with proactive customer service
- Assists with developing and implementing creative incentive and well-being programs to ensure ongoing member engagement
- Administers fitness assessments and develops customized workout plans for members to help them reach personal fitness goals
- Leads new and innovative group exercise classes
- Assists the team in overseeing general facility operations
- Demonstrates commitment to professional growth through industry and company involvement and goal setting
- Support CFW Culture and initiatives
- Are energetic and passionate about helping members reach their fitness goals
- Enjoy connecting with members and co-workers
- Lead invigorating group exercise classes, offering a wide variety of class formats
- Are adaptable and receptive to utilizing new technology
- Thrive on teamwork and collaboration
- Seek and offer creative contributions
- Value continued learning and growth
