THE CHALLENGE

With a global customer base growing daily, we are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Web Developer who is passionate about clean web development and digital marketing principles. The ideal candidate will focus on implementing user-friendly experiences to increase brand awareness, generate new leads, engage customers, drive revenue, and foster brand loyalty.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of web development and digital marketing expertise, including proficiency in web maintenance, design, clean development principles, SEO strategy, UX design, content marketing, e-commerce, and online advertising. B2B marketing experience, coupled with a strong digital acumen for content strategy planning, execution, and data analytics, is required. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in digital campaigns for lead-generation is necessary. Responsibilities include researching, developing, and implementing digital marketing campaigns. Qualified candidates should bring a creative mindset to the team and excel in multitasking within a collaborative environment.

THE SKILL SET

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Programming, Graphic Design or equivalent.

• • 2 years of marketing agency experience.
  • 5 years of designing and developing informational websites.

• Strong understanding of SEO strategy for web and UX web design.

• Experience in designing, implementing, tracking, and maintaining digital campaigns

• Possesses an understanding of marketing principles, triggered campaigns, testing, and performance optimization.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision. 
• Proficient in front end code languages including HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript, and other relevant web development modalities.
• Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing projects. 
• Ability to work independently and achieve goals in a fast-moving environment.
• Organized, responsible, and flexible.
• Disciplined with a desire to be held accountable, and strive to be pushed to new limits.

TECHNOLOGY USED:

• HubSpot CRM, Slack, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite

WITHIN 1 MONTH YOU’LL:

• Learn the business, complete Substrata training and give presentation to CEO
• Present recommendation to support and achieve business objectives.

WITHIN 3 MONTHS YOU’LL:

• Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance, while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.
• Provide ongoing campaign management to ensure optimal performance and on-time deliveries, keeping track of campaign spend and conversions.
• Coordinating with the Marketing team to compose, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other platforms/tools.

WITHIN 6 MONTHS YOU’LL:

• Maintain lead generation and brand awareness strategies and incorporate automated marketing campaigns where applicable.
• Help manage paid advertising platforms where relevant.
• Support marketing efforts, plans, and strategies through creation, implementation, and execution of digital marketing-specific projects
• Maintain and execute consistent Brand voice both visually and verbally
• Developing and analyzing objective-based and data-driven digital ad campaigns. 
• Other duties/projects as assigned by Marketing Manager
