Maintains related hardware and software, installs upgrades, and resolves system errors as they arise. Additionally, Web Administrator ensures the website is properly integrated with related computer systems and back-end processes. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Web Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Roles and Responsibilities: * Partnering with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements, review and approval of all site updates * Ensuring all website features and updates are thoroughly tested and function as expected, across all user-types, devices, browsers and environments * Providing Drupal application support via Acquia * Planning and execution of Drupal upgrades * Migration and/or archival of website content, web forms and data * Developing custom themes for Drupal sites, as necessary * Administering user access and configuring user roles and permissions * Testing and executing core, module and security updates * Building department SharePoint sites and intranet(s) * Establishing customer experience analytics * Training users and content editors * Integrating and implementing third-party, plug in technologies * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Strong communication and collaboration skills
