We at Ox are looking for an Office Manager / Executive Admin / HR Coordinator who is willing to grow with a growing company. This role is an intricate part of the operation of our team and will act as a liaison between Management and Employees to provide efficiency. Problem-solving comes naturally. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to team member needs and be an administrative / human resource support system.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with all team members.
• Ensure operational efficiency of office on a daily basis.
• Oversee communication from corporate office (direct communication from managers to employees and vice versa).
• Acting as an extended arm of the Human Resources team (documentation, assist with second interviews, onboarding, attendance / roll call, distribution of final checks, etc).
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Complete administrative such as: sort mail, prepare binders, log calls, organize files, schedule appointments, streamline procedures, etc.
• Collect and submit commission sheets each week.
• Ensure office cleanliness (thru janitorial company and/or property management team).
• Order office supplies.
• Send in Daily Recap of accomplishments and concerns.
• And other duties as assigned.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent administrative skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proven office management and administrative experience.
• Computer / tech savvy. This includes Microsoft Office, Outlook, iSolved, etc.

Job Type: Full-time (M-F from 7:00am to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hr lunch)

Pay Rate: $20.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience
