Warehouse Supervisor jobs in Oklahoma

Are you seeking an awesome logistics / warehouse supervisory position and have at least 3 years of manufacturing experience?

If so, you may be just who we are looking for to oversee the flow of materials, parts and assemblies between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules.

Responsibilities :

• Plans and monitors production schedules
• Document and communicate project status, including issues and resolutions
• Maintain close communication with operations team, purchasers on material status and production planning issues
• Arranges transportation of required materials with department supervisors for delivery to meet production schedules
• Inventory accountability and accuracy
• Expedites and prioritizes job orders
• Monitors quality and ensures 5S safety practices
• Encourages continuous idea generation from team members for continuous improvement in cost, time and safety.

Qualifications :

• Must have strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to listen, persuade and negotiate
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Must have previous MRP experience
