Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Implement and enforce operational procedures to maximize efficiency
- Oversee inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels
- Schedule the trucks for timely deliveries
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or related field
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, procurement, and fleet management
- Proficiency in operations management
- Familiarity with freight handling and transportation planning
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
