We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Cleanroom Technical Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing ADE Sort, Laser Mark reading, and data collection within a controlled cleanroom environment. This role is crucial to ensuring the integrity and quality of our production processes. Candidates must be comfortable working under minimal supervision.

**$1,500 SIGN ON BONUS**

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and maintain ADE (Automated Defect Examination) sorting equipment
• Inspect and classify wafers based on predefined quality standards
• Identify and document defects, ensuring accurate sorting and categorization
• Utilize laser mark reading equipment to identify and verify lot information
• Ensure all laser marks are correctly recorded in the system
• Accurately collect and record data relate to wafer inspection and sorting
• Assist with assembly and packaging of wafers as needed
• Ensure all reports and data are completely daily
• Follow cleanroom protocols to maintain a contamination-free environment
• Adhere to company and industry quality standards throughout the process
• Other duties may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment is highly desirable

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and precision work
• Proficiency in computer systems, data entry, and Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Comfortable working with chemicals

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Dexterity to handle small components and perform repetitive tasks
• Capacity to work in a controlled cleanroom environment (50% of the time)

Work Environment

• The role is based in a cleanroom setting, requiring adherence to stringent cleanliness and contamination control protocols
• PPE and cleanroom attire must be worn at all times within the cleanroom

**Pre-employment drug and background screening required**

NOTE: This position is initially offered on a 3-month contract basis, providing an opportunity for both the candidate and Pure Wafer to assess mutual fit. Successful candidates may be considered for conversion to a permanent employee status following the completion of the contract period and based on performance.

Additional $1 per hour will be granted upon conversion
