Role: Data Engineer

Title: Assistant Vice President/Vice President

Location: Virginia (Day 1 Onsite/Hybrid)

Mode of Work: 3 days per week onsite required

Required experience: 7 Years

You are: A true technical and/or domain ninja. Comfortable working in the quickly growing nature of profitable startups and have a “can do” attitude and are willing to take on any task thrown your way.

You will:

· As an Assistant Vice President/Vice President help to develop and promote the company’s culture of engineering excellence.

· Define, develop and deliver solutions at a top tier investment bank/other esteemed client.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Required skills:

• Must Have: Python, Pyspark and Databricks experince.
• Should have some experience in migration and tooling for databricks.
• Outstanding analytical abilities related to coping with unstructured datasets.
• Capacity to develop procedures that support task management, data structures, dependence, and metadata.
• Knowledge of data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Understanding of programming languages like Java and Python.
• Familiarity with Hadoop, HBase, MapReduce, and other suitable platforms.
• Excellent understanding of operating systems like UNIX, Linux, and Windows.
• Strong project management and organizational skills

Your Education and Experience:

· Graduate-level degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field
