About The Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to spearhead the global market expansion of its cutting-edge cloud security solution. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the sales organization, with a primary focus on closing significant deals and scaling the business. This role is pivotal in taking the product to a broader market, and the ideal candidate should have a proven track record in leading early-stage sales teams, experience in the $0-$10m journey, and a strong background in the MEDDICC ecosystem. The role demands a true builder, a leader with a bias for action and exceptional execution skills, who can thrive in a startup culture and is ready to take on a leadership role in a high-growth, dynamic environment. Candidates for the VP of Sales position at the company should be prepared to engage with the executive leadership, including the CEO, Board, and Tier 1 VC backers. The role requires a candidate who is a go-getter with a preference for a startup culture and who can demonstrate the ability to elevate and scale a high-performing sales team. The VP of Sales will be joining a company with a world-class product, a strong founding Go-To-Market team, and a leadership that has a history of successful exits. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates in an East Coast time zone, and offers the opportunity to be part of a business with a significant equity stake and a competitive compensation package.
