The Role
- Develop and, taking a hands-on approach, implement comprehensive sales and new market development strategies in alignment with TAK’s business goals and objectives.
- Leverage your network and expertise to identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends/competitors, and establish strategic partnerships with industry players.
- Attend industry networking and business generation events as TAK’s representative.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, always ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Collaborate internally to ensure alignment and the maximization of cross-functional effectiveness.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales metrics, reporting progress and performance regularly to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 10 years of telecommunications industry experience in sales, market development, and account management.
- Proven history of successful development/implementation of sales strategies and the consistent achievement of revenue growth targets.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others in the achievement of tangible results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build/maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset – ability to evaluate data, identify trends and patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Initiative-taking, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and very growing industry.
- Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness and ability for extensive travel as required.
