VAULT TELLER monitors and records assets in the vault according to company and government standards and regulations. Verifies incoming deposits, counts currency, and balances the vault. Being a VAULT TELLER supplies other internal units with coin and currency. Places orders and fulfills requests to the Federal Reserve Bank to maintain required cash levels. Additionally, VAULT TELLER requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The VAULT TELLER works under moderate supervision. Your daily tasks will include basic member requests such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. As you grow in knowledge and competency additional types of transactions will be added to your skill set. You will be able to process credit card payments, loan payments and cross sell other services.
The ability to assist members in a friendly, professional manner and desire to continuously learn will help you to succeed as a teller.
Sign on bonus if hired: $300.00 upon hire, $300.00 after three months, $600.00 after six months. Must meet certain requirements to be eligible for the sign on bonus
