Job summary
Applicants are invited to apply for the post of Band 5 Admin Team Leader / Team Administrator within the Specialist Community Forensic Team, West London Forensic Service.
We are looking for applicants who are committed to working collaboratively with the team for individuals and providers to find positive and safe ways of working with people who use these services.
The successful applicant will be part of a team that will help to improve the lives of forensic mental health service users in the community.
They would have managerial responsibility for a number of Band 4 staff as well as providing a comprehensive administrative and secretarial service within WLFS.
They will be involved in providing admin and secretarial support to an MDT team within a specific hub.
The post holder would be based in the grounds of St Bernards.
The ideal applicant will be educated to GCSE level (grade C or above) have RSU, NVQ Level 3 or degree / diploma in Management / and / or / Administration or equivalent experience.

Main duties of the job
The Admin Team Leader / Team Administrator is a dual role which provides senior management support to the Specialist Community Forensic Service as well as providing a comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to one of the hubs.
The Admin Team Leaders are responsible for assisting the Head of Administration and the Deputy Head of Administration to ensure that a comprehensive day-to-day support service is provided within West London Forensic Service (WLFS).
This includes the management of team administrators / secretarial staff and responsibility for assisting in the provision of a high standard of physical environment on wards and non-clinical space within the service.
The Admin Team Leaders work with their management colleagues in overseeing the support framework within all key areas across the West London Forensic Service to ensure that all managers, consultant staff, 19 wards and departments are maintained and supported to a high standard at all times.
The post holder would be based in The Three Bridges Medium Secure Unit, in the grounds of St Bernard's Hospital.
