Highly respected Elder Law Firm is seeking applicants for the role of Trust Administration/Probate Assistant. This experienced paralegal or office assistant will interact closely with the attorney and clients to identify assets that will be transferred into the clients’ trusts. The role includes contacting clients’ financial institutions, investment sources, life insurance companies, pension plans, etc., and managing those transfers. This individual will interact with the County Circuit Courts, prepare probate pleadings for opening and closing estates, gather asset information, and obtain valuations for inventory and tax returns. This is a full-time position; part-time will be considered. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
