Position Mission 

• ·       The position is Accounting and Treasury Supervisor, with finance related tasks as well as mentor and train the accounting department’s team members.

Position Main Responsibilities

The position will:

• Manage and delegate the key accounting functions ensure accounting postings are accurate as well as meet the deadline of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting objectives
• Ensure and oversee the accurate recordings of customers and suppliers’ invoices accordance with company’s policy and guidelines
• Participate in the timely completion of month-end close processes
• Oversee the AR, AP aging activities ensure collection of the AR and AP payments to suppliers are maintained accordingly, compliant with company policy
• Review the general ledger accounts reconciliation of the accounts, showing the accounts are accurate to present quality Financial Statements to management team and to support the management decision making
• Take initiatives and identify any nonconformity or errors 
• Assist with the development of new accounting policies or implement or improve the existing policies and procedures
• Assist with any ad hoc or special projects when needed

Education 

required

Bachelor’s degree and above

Experiences required

• Required min. 5 years’ experience in similar roles, with Manufacturing or Commercial based industries.
