Training Assistant is responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of training and organizational development programs. Schedules training events, coordinates with instructors, obtains and distributes required instructional materials, and communicates schedules and details. Being a Training Assistant processes enrollments and answers routine inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and locations. Uses an information system or database to enter data and produce reports on training statistics, inventory levels or assessments of the programs and instructors. Additionally, Training Assistant coordinates additional services including technical equipment, meals and refreshments, housekeeping, maintenance or repairs. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Training Assistant possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Job Overview:
We are hiring a personal landscape & labor assistant to maintain the outdoor surrounding of our house. We live on 3 acres in Clover, SC and this position is great from anyone seeking a flexible schedule that is 12-20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, seeding, spraying, watering, weeding, and pruning.
- Keep the outside of the house in pristine condition via cleaning windows, power washing, and whatever is needed from a week to week basis.
- Maintain the chicken coop by ensuring that the chickens have food, water, and a cleaned up space around their coop.
- Pool care. We are having a pool put in this summer, and this position will take care of the ongoing pool maintenance and cleanliness.
- Keep all house tools and equipment in pristine condition and complete necessary projects as they arise for the property.
Qualifications:
- Trustworthy with a great work ethic and a self-starter
- Knowledge of how to use basic power equipment such as a zero-turn mower, weeder, trimmer, aerator, etc.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills
