JOB OVERVIEW
Municipal is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join the team at our flagship Melrose location. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of Municipal, providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them find the perfect products, and ensuring a boutique, one of a kind shopping experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with customers to provide a boutique, personalized shopping experience
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Municipal products, including new releases and upcoming trends
- Assist customers in identifying ideal styles and fits, offering styling tips and advice
- Manage transactions at the point-of-sale, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain store appearance, including restocking, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and positivity
SKILLS
- Previous retail experience, peferably in fashion or athleisure, is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for athleisure, fitness (golf is a plus!) and an active lifestyle
- Ability to work flexbile hours, including weekends and occasional holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
