We are a small yet dynamic fabrication shop located in Redmond, and we are seeking an experienced Manager/Foreman to lead our team to new heights of success.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in running a fabrication/welding shop.
• Demonstrated success in business growth and management.
• Ability to foster a positive work environment and lead by example.
• Proficiency in training new staff and ensuring daily quality assurance.
• Experience in fabrication/welding estimating.
• Strong background in MIG, TIG, Structural, & Stick welding techniques.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

CNC Plasma experience is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the fabrication/welding shop.
• Lead and motivate a team of fabrication/welding professionals.
• Train new staff and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Manage fabrication/welding projects from inception to completion.
• Estimate project costs and provide accurate quotations to clients.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for business growth.
