  • FIGS is looking for a seasoned and strategically-minded Senior Manager, Total Rewards, to join the People Team. This leader will partner closely with the VP, Talent & Rewards to lead our compensation and benefits programs to ensure the programs attract and retain incredible team members. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of total rewards principles, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of designing and implementing effective compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

    What you'll do:

    • Total Rewards Strategy: Play a key leadership role in developing and implementing our comprehensive total rewards strategy that is aligned with the organization's objectives and competitive market positioning. Continuously evaluate and adjust the strategy to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
    • Compensation Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of competitive and equitable compensation programs, including base salary structures, variable pay plans, and recognition programs. Ensure compensation practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Benefits Administration: Manage all aspects of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement savings, and other ancillary benefits. Evaluate benefit offerings to ensure they meet employees' needs while effectively managing costs.
    • Performance Management: Collaborate with the VP, Talent & Rewards to integrate total rewards considerations into the performance and talent review processes. Develop metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs in driving employee performance and engagement.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to stay informed about trends and best practices in total rewards. Use insights to make data-driven recommendations for program enhancements and adjustments.
    • Communication and Education: Develop communication strategies to educate employees about the organization's total rewards offerings and promote understanding of the value proposition. Provide guidance and support to HR partners and managers on total rewards-related matters.
    • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors, including benefits providers, compensation survey firms, and technology partners. Negotiate contracts and service agreements to optimize value and service delivery.
    • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to compensation, benefits, and total rewards. Establish governance mechanisms to monitor program effectiveness and address any compliance issues proactively.


    Qualifications:

    • 8 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards management.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, CBP, CEBS) preferred.
    • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing total rewards strategies that support organizational strategy.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations. High attention to detail with advanced skills in Excel.
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.
    • Experience with HRIS and compensation planning systems preferred.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate future trends and adapt to changing business needs.


    FIGS Compensation And Benefits

    Pay Range

    • At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $120,000 and $150,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
