We’re looking for someone to serve as a Client Relations Assistant. Remote work is available for the right candidate.

Our Client Relations Assistant plays a key role in the organization working with our national client base to gather the thousands of crucial data points which go in to creating financial programs designed to benefit consumers who need it the most, including navigating online government systems to insure the accurate completion of complex applications. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, organized, dependable, detail-oriented, diplomatic and professional.
Job Requirements:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality over client information.
- Full confidence in using Excel and other administrative software, including Adobe Acrobat.
- Comfortable communicating via video conferencing and teleconference.
- Ability to provide a reassuring and knowledgeable presence for clients during an occasionally stressful process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, including under high stress circumstances and while balancing multiple deadline-driven projects.
- Professionalism and diplomacy, particularly in interactions with clients.
- Resourcefulness and confidence in finding solutions.
- A good sense of humor is always appreciated.

Compensation:
CU Strategic Planning offers a competitive benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance, vacation and personal days, a 401(k) retirement plan, and the benefits of working in a very casual office environment. This position pays $17-19 per hour and is eligible for overtime pay.
