Top Regulatory Affairs Executive oversees all regulatory matters and creates the overall strategy to ensure the organization complies with applicable regulations. Develops processes and systems to ensure that all necessary licensing, filings, certifications, and permits are processed and monitored. Being a Top Regulatory Affairs Executive establishes monitoring policies and procedures to ensure compliance with existing regulations. Anticipates new or changing regulations and coordinates with internal stakeholders to develop strategies to address changes in product, operations, or testing requirements. Additionally, Top Regulatory Affairs Executive investigates and addresses any reported issues of non-compliance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Regulatory Affairs Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.     Responsibilities:

    • Managing customer accounts and orders from A-Z, fulfilling their service requests, and handling the administrative and logistical components needed to get their freight shipped safely and on time.
    • Build strong relationships with prospective shipper partners and close new business ensuring our customer promise of exceptional service.
    • Providing excellent customer service to clients as their primary point of contact, anticipating needs, answering questions, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Drive sales by understanding, recognizing, and consulting customers on how our services can transform their business.
    • Engage new prospects through various techniques, from our customer relationship management system.
    • Participate in contract and price negotiation with customers.


    Qualifications:

    • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (i.e., phone, video, email).
    • Proficient computer skills (MS Office and Teams, GSuite, etc.) and the ability to learn and navigate industry-based software.
    • The ability to cope with pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
    • Proven experience at working well independently and collaboratively with a team.
