Position Description:
The acquisitions professional will report to the head of investments and have a diverse set of responsibilities that include sourcing, underwriting, and closing investments across multiple strategies. Duties include proactively identifying potential investments, deal modeling, market research, due diligence, creation of investment memos and presentations for senior management, and various ad hoc and special projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, but also vision to see investment opportunity and people skills to build strong sourcing relationships.
The successful candidate will source and drive the evaluation of new investments. They will take initiative while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility and an eagerness to learn and develop their skillset.
