    This full-time position is pivotal in facilitating the sales, delivery, and customer relations of refined petroleum products. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.     Responsibilities

    • Develop and nurture customer relationships, both acquiring new clients and servicing existing ones.
    • Coordinate the timely delivery of refined products, overseeing logistics and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct daily analysis of market pricing, margins, and generate comprehensive reports to inform decision-making processes.
    • Perform account reconciliation and manage inventories across multiple terminals.
    • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure a steady and reliable flow of refined products.
    • Monitor private carrier rates and services, optimizing transportation costs.
    • Provide support to Marketing Representatives, assisting in their tasks and ensuring streamlined operations.
    • Maintain awareness of county, state, federal, and local taxes pertinent to the petroleum industry.
    • Assist in the daily pricing process, including paperwork and procedural adherence.
    • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, redirecting complex issues as necessary and maintaining positive relationships.
    • Communicate effectively with the accounting department regarding credit issues and relevant procedures.
    • Resolve problems promptly by gathering and analyzing relevant information, contributing to group problem-solving efforts.
    • Produce accurate documentation including spreadsheets, contracts, and other necessary paperwork.
    • Demonstrate strong time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines and working efficiently under pressure.
    • Foster a positive office environment, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team dynamic.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent, with three to five years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Proficiency in interpreting business documents, regulations, and effectively communicating information to customers.
    • Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
    • English language fluency, verbal and written.
    • Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
