Product Management Institute is a rapidly growing digital education organization. We design and build curricula for colleges, universities, and corporations. We are looking for someone to be our CEO's right-hand man or woman. You MUST be a self-starter, problem-solver, and ready to hit the ground running. Must be willing to "get your hands dirty" and take off where the CEO has left off. We need someone who can automate systems and processes, and provide recommendations for improvement in the systems we have implemented. If you can recognize and create efficiencies, we want you!

Our goal is to make this a paid, full-time position in 6 months or less-- but that will depend on YOUR performance.

Although this is an unpaid internship, we are offering performance-based compensation. This will be discussed with the person(s) we find are a good fit for our organization.

Responsibilities

• Automate and systematize our school onboarding process
• Automate and systematize our contracting process
• Automate and systematize our project management planning
• Automate and systematize the same items as above, for our corporate partners
• Lead gen for corporate partners
• Sales calls with corporate partners
• Lead gen for schools and universities
• Sales calls with schools and universities
• Help vet clients and customers
• Post social media content consistently and check for trends to align with
• Design college/ university "profile" pages and build in systeme.io
• Work with our website design/ developers and provide feedback to them
• Monitor and track ad performance and ad spend (note: we have purchased a training that we are willing to put the right person through)
• Create Canva designs and templates for marketing
• Work with marketing contacts at our client sites to check on data and how to improve the marketing
• Check CEO's emails and calendar schedule and take action as needed without her oversight
• Solve problems as they arise!
