Responsibilities:

• May open and close the Design Studio as needed
• Must be able to work weekends and occasional evenings as needed
• Performs all duties in adherence to OTOW standards
• Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and coworkers
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in a similar position preferred

Skills and Knowledge:

• PC proficiency is essential
• Must be able to read, write and understand English and have good verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Energetic, driven, and focused on delivering a world class customer experience on every interaction
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle including multiple passenger transit vans
• Well organized, ability to multi-task, efficient
• Ability to convey messages and ideas concisely and effectively with professionalism
• Ability to establishes rapport with others and cultivate relationships easily

Reports to: Design Studio Manager

Certifications and Licenses

• A valid Florida Drivers License with acceptable driving history is required
