Job Summary
The Privacy Technician is responsible for assisting the Compliance and Privacy Manager with monitoring privacy standards throughout the Tribe. The Privacy Technician is also responsible for reviewing all requests for records and ensuring that the proper forms and standards are being followed to ensure privacy of those involved. Assists with privacy portions of surveys. Responsible for monitoring implemented internal processes necessary to achieve and/or maintain applicable Federal, State and Municipal regulation and accreditation standards.
