Lead a team to ensure principles of change management, team development, education, adult learning, process improvement, innovation, leadership development, and talent management are embedded in all organizational development initiatives. Develop the strategy and processes to consistently implement and manage the enterprise talent review process. Assess the talent needs of critical business segments as well as the enterprise, and provide expertise to determine the development required to drive talent strategies.
