Responsibilities:- Undertake thorough financial analysis to guide operational decision making
- Create financial models and forecasts specifically tailored to manufacturing operations
- Assess the financial health of operations through the evaluation of KPIs
- Scrutinize and monitor manufacturing costs, pinpointing areas for optimization and efficiency enhancements
- Collaborate with operations teams to comprehend cost drivers and implement effective cost control strategies.
- Contribute to the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts for manufacturing operations.
- Track and report on budget variances, offering insights and recommendations
- Provide financial insights supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Generate regular financial reports for senior management
- Develop and maintain standard costs for all products in collaboration with procurement, production, and engineering teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- MBA/Masters preferred
- 4 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst within a manufacturing environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Project Planning, and Office
