Overview
As a Regional Vice President of Sales, you will be instrumental in expanding our provider network, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Growth. Your role involves leading the sales team to achieve recruitment targets within the region, utilizing your expertise in closing deals and exceeding objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage field sales team operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and business assessment.
- Support advanced-stage negotiations and assist in closing deals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive operations.
- Develop and deliver training on key healthcare topics for the sales team.
- Facilitate visits for prospective physicians and participate in prospect events.
- Travel requirement: Over 80% local and/or regional travel.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of healthcare sales experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience in training program development and managing multiple priorities.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 based on experience and location, with commission-based incentives and eligibility for restricted stock units.
