New to the Mortgage industry, you will earn as you are learning about Non-QM Mortgages products during a three-month program. LendSure facilitates the expansion of mortgage originators' businesses by providing loan options to applicants who do not meet conforming guidelines. Duties and R esponsibilities The Sales Account Executive is responsible for marketing LendSure loan products to prospective brokers/bankers through calling leads and telemarketing channels. In addition, the AE manages established broker relations including broker approvals, education, customer service regarding process, product, and technology. Duties include: Utilize both company-supplied and self-generated leads, as well as marketing resources, to initiate contact with prospective new mortgage brokers/bankers offering LendSure loan products. Coordinate broker / bank approval process, - wholesale agreements. Communicate and train clients on LendSure products, policies, and procedures. Conduct video presentations to brokers/ bankers. Meet minimum production goals , tracking and reporting of daily activity using Salesforce CRM. You are required to make 50-75 calls per day. Manages the loan pipeline actively and provides clients with ongoing service support. Qualifications Recent college graduate or equivalent work experience. 1 year sales experience Must be a self-starter and highly motivated Excellent written, verbal, and visual/presentation communication skills, with an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently Proficient organization skills, time management, and ability to prioritize Utilization of Social Media to drive sales Skills: Ability to effectively partner and collaborate across teams Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers/clients Self-confidence to take the initiative to approach potential customers/clients About LendSure Since our founding, LendSure has achieved significant success, growing the organization from a concept to one with sales teams nation-wide and operational centers in California, Utah, Rhode Island, and Georgia.
