Creating and presenting vendor performance reports to stakeholders, aligning with contractual requirements.
Supporting executive requests by providing data-driven recommendations for process enhancements.
Upholding departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Preference for a Healthcare Administration background.
License/Certification: Lean Six Sigma certification considered a plus.
Experience- 3 years in Revenue cycle management.
- 3 years of experience in data analytics and automation.
- 2 years managing onshore and offshore vendor resources.
