Nebraska Legal Group, a cutting-edge divorce and family law practice, is looking for a down-to-earth, hard-working individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Legal Assistant at our office in Lincoln.  We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills.

You will be involved in building the very culture and policies that you want to work under.  You will answer all incoming calls, greet all clients, and be the “face” of the office – the first person people see when they walk in the door.  Other duties will include supporting our paralegal team, inventory and ordering, and some accounting activities.

Qualifications:

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills - both written and verbal

• Excellent time and project management skills
• Familiarity with certain computer programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous accounting experience is a plus (not required)
