Position Overview
Are you passionate about creating a positive impact? We are looking for a Donor Database Administrator to join our Development Department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our donor database, processing gifts, and cultivating strong relationships with our donors.
Key Responsibilities
Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with stakeholders warmly and professionally, including board members, donors, and volunteers.
Efficient Gift Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of donations with responsive acknowledgment of gifts.
Data Management: Analyze data and generate reports using Excel and CRM software to support fundraising efforts.
Documentation and Procedures: Create and maintain documentation for gift processing procedures to enhance efficiency.
Collaboration and Support: Assist with Development activities, events, and marketing to contribute to the organization's success.
Tours and Community Engagement: Lead facility tours for the public and donors, confidently sharing our mission and services.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED; associate degree or higher preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
Experience With CRM Software Or Donor Database Management Preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends.
