Responsibilities
As a vital member of our Vendor Management team, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination with our retail and construction vendors. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Collaborating with internal teams to manage various paperwork and work orders efficiently
Utilizing tools like Google Docs, Excel Sheets, and other systems for accurate reporting and data management
Handling high volume calls with professionalism and attention to detail
Engaging with vendors through customer portals and software platforms to document essential information
Providing administrative support as needed to contribute to the overall success of our operations
