We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Investor Relations to provide comprehensive support to our client’s Vice President of Investor Relations. This temp-to-perm role offers the opportunity to join a fast-paced, publicly traded company and make an immediate impact on its IR function.
Compensation: $40.00 / HR
Location/Office Policy: Action, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:- Oversee IR website updates, strategy, and vendor management
- Research and summarize analyst notes and industry developments
- Manage Factset consensus analytics in collaboration with Finance
- Develop briefing books and materials for earnings calls and investor events
- Coordinate logistics for webcasts, press releases, and external events
- Manage contact databases and CRM systems
- Create and review internal and external presentations
- Distribute key information from Capital IQ, FactSet, and other platforms
- Provide project management support and develop streamlined processes
- Serve as the first point of contact for IR internally and externally
- Manage VP of IR's schedule, contacts, and travel arrangements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in investor relations strongly preferred
- Experience supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced public company
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize
- Proactive problem-solver able to work autonomously
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexibility to accommodate urgent requests and changing priorities
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
