    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Fleet Mechanic (A - Level Mechanic) located in Flemington, NJ. The Senior Fleet Mechanic will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on Executive's Modern Fleet which currently consists of: 150 Vehicles and Trailers (Ford, Mack), 180 Heavy Equipment (Case, Kubota) 120 Light Equipment (Compact Utility Machines), 240 Attachments (Snow, Land and Construction equipment including Snowplows, Spreaders, Snow Pushers, etc). This role will require hands-on work and attention to detail to ensure the proper functioning of our fleet.

    Qualifications

    • 5 years in a high performing A-Level mechanic position
    • Must Supply Personal Hand Tools
    • Valid Drivers License Required (CDL-A a plus)
    • Experience working with Equipment and electrical/hydraulic diagnosis, testing and repairs
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to use software systems
    • Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong commitment to working in a team environment and supporting the companies' values (Integrity, Trust, Fairness, Respect, Teamwork, Execution, and Accountability
    • Experience in the commercial facility services industry is a plus
