Top Foundation Executive develops and leads the vision, strategic planning, financial management, fundraising, and grantmaking operations that support the overall objectives of a foundation. Sets the overall goals for fundraising campaigns and program initiatives. Being a Top Foundation Executive represents the foundation to the public and media to communicate its mission, values, and accomplishments. Maintains positive relationships with foundation stakeholders, including the board of directors, grantees, community leaders, donors, and prospective donors. Additionally, Top Foundation Executive oversees the budget, distribution of foundation funds, and investment strategies to ensure the financial sustainability required to fulfill the foundation's mission. Ensures all foundation activities comply with applicable laws, reporting requirements, and regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to board of directors or trustees. The Top Foundation Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Foundation Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant in the Office of the President & CEO is a supportive problem solver who empowers our leadership to excel. The Executive Assistant provides high-level, professional, and customer-service oriented administrative support to the Chief of Staff (COS) and the President & CEO. The Executive Assistant reports to, and works in partnership with, the Chief of Staff to ensure an efficient and effective, best-in-class office operation. The Executive Assistant collaborates internally with a broad range of colleagues across the Foundation to facilitate communication and ensure smooth operations. They partner closely with the Principal Gifts team and Senior Cabinet members to facilitate workflow and ensure leadership’s priorities are met. In addition, the Executive Assistant interacts frequently with external constituents to provide high-level support for donors and future donors, Board Members, and University Leadership.

The expected salary for this position is $72,000 . It will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also placing an emphasis on internal equity.
