As an FP&A Manager at Tarkett Sports, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entirety of the Turf business unit. Act as a strategic business partner to operational teams, offering financial guidance and insights to drive informed decision-making. Develop and deliver high-quality presentations showcasing financial insights and recommendations. Coach/mentor direct report (analyst) Continuously improve reports, processes and tools to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the FP&A function Conduct ad hoc analyses and support strategic initiatives as needed, demonstrating a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant financial role.
