Top Facilities Management Executive leads overall operations and develops the strategy and policies to deliver design, planning, implementation, construction, and maintenance of an organization's facilities and properties. Plans and allocates the capital, equipment, and operating budget to support current operations and long-term facility plans. Being a Top Facilities Management Executive ensures the reliability of all building mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management systems. Reviews and negotiates contract terms and conditions for contractors selected for facility projects and the delivery of services. Additionally, Top Facilities Management Executive establishes building operations policies, procedures, and service standards to comply with all local laws and regulations. May be responsible for additional facility-related functions like food services, security, safety, environmental, or administrative services. Requires a bachelor's degree. Role and Responsibilities
· Develops and updates Sanitation Procedures to reflect accurate cleaning processes, correct sanitation chemical management and correct sanitation tasks
· Train sanitation personnel on Sanitation Procedures, proper chemical usage, and handling
· Ensures site Master Sanitation Schedule meets the Aramark requirements and regulatory requirements
· Ensures compliance with all food safety policies and procedures
· Represents Aramark Facility Services on daily basis to the customer's employees and key decision makers
· Assists with policy, procedures, and paperwork to ensure that all Company and Customer standards are achieved in assigned plant
· Effectively supervise, mentor / develop, and coach all employees, including assistant manager
· Create annual budgets and then manage to meet and/or exceed them
Required Competencies
· Must be knowledgeable in GMPs, Allergens, HAACP, etc.
· Must be willing to complete trainings, courses, certifications, and other material to further develop and stay current with changing laws and regulations
· Must be able to work flexible hours; this may include nights and/or weekends at times
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Must be able to follow instruction
· Follow all Aramark & Client policies such as safety, labor, GMPs, etc.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree (and/or requisite industry & management experience) as well as technical knowledge of maintenance equipment, cleaning procedures, and POM activities
· Experience with food production and sanitation a must
· Experience directing skilled, semi-skilled and non-skilled trade personnel in a union and/or non-union environment is required
