Atlas Staffing is searching for someone who is growth-focused and wants to join a dynamic team as an On-Premise Employee Relations Coordinator.
Responsibilities :
Assigned to work with a high-volume client to provide individual care and communication between Atlas Staffing and the client.
Split your time between working in our office and at the client's site in Spokane.
Daily responsibilities include :
Managing the client's open jobs
Assisting recruiters with candidate prescreening
Coordinating candidate interviews for the client
Performing new hire orientations / onboarding and preparing them for their start
Assisting and supporting staffing associates while on their placement
Managing relationships between the client, branch and the staffing associate.
Other duties as business dictates
Requirements :
Previous experience as part of an HR, recruiting, or account management team.
Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software.
High level of attention to detail and excellent organization skills
Experience working toward goals with little supervision.
Wage : $20.00 / hr.
