Partners with stakeholders across the organization to optimize digital channels. Additionally, Top E-commerce Executive prioritizes and plans technical projects for improvements to customer experience, new e-commerce features and offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree.     Collaborating closely with the team, you actively refine our sales process, engaging with key figures across various departments to fuel Brikl's rapid growth. Your role combines product expertise, industry knowledge, and a dedication to initiating the sales cycle with new prospects. Your main goal is to identify and engage with businesses interested in Brikl's solutions, with a particular focus on industries like team sporting goods, decorated apparel, and promotional products.

    • Educate and Qualify Prospects: You will nurture and qualify prospects, creating sales-ready leads and opportunities.

    • Strategize Penetration: Through research into organizations and prospects, you will develop effective penetration strategies.

    • Product Expertise: Handle detailed inquiries regarding Brikl's product and service capabilities.

    • Engage Prospects: Connect with potential clients via phone and email, utilizing tools like Outreach and Salesforce.

    • Effective Communication: Build meaningful relationships with potential Brikl users, including C-level executives, outside sales representatives, and accounting teams, through effective communication.

    • Achieve and Exceed Quotas: Actively work towards meeting or surpassing established monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Preferred 3 years of sales, sales development, or relevant experience with a strong track record in the promotional products industry.

    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

    • Team Player: A team player who thrives in a goal-oriented, high-growth sales environment.

    • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is a must.

    • Prospecting Confidence: The confidence to prospect and develop new sales leads.

    • Knowledge of Team Sporting Goods or Promotional Products industries is a big plus.

    Nice to Haves:

    • HubSpot Proficiency: Proficiency in HubSpot is a valuable asset.

    • Outbound Prospecting: Experience in outbound prospecting is advantageous.

    • Sales Engagement Tools: Familiarity with tools like Apollo or similar sales engagement platforms is beneficial.
