We are a top rated GC in the Pacific Northwest that focuses on multifamily and commercial projects in the greater Portland area, and are looking for an experienced construction Operations Manager to oversee the teams and projects. Ideally, the candidate will have 10 years as a Project Manager and experience focused in forecasting and dealing primarily with the financials on multifamily and commercial construction jobs.

What You Will Be Doing

• Project resource allocation from internal and external resources.
• Project documentation, communication and reporting
• Cost estimating, and budget development in collaboration with senior directors
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans if required
• Ongoing troubleshooting and problem solving
• Oversee project team including Project Coordinators, Assistant Supers and Project Engineers
• Ensure project is built on budget, on schedule and on drawing specifications
