Job Summary: Provide administrative and operational support to Executive and Administrative staff in a corporate office setting. Be a coroporate liaison to the Board of Directors for NCWVCAA and ensure that complicance is met and maintained. Conduct general office administrative duties. Provide oversight and maintenance of the corporate budgets by creating and processing requistions and reconciling billing statements.

Education/Skills/Qualifications: Associate Degree in Business, Office Administration or equivalent. Preferred 2 years' experience in a prior administrative role.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, drive an automobile, listen & communicate verbally & and in written form. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities: Valid Driver's License. Be able to provide own transportation, adequate insurance coverage if vehicle needed for on-the-job use; Criminal Background Check; Protective Services Record Check; initial Health Assessment and required updates; TB Risk Assessment or TB screening by Mantoux method. General skills necessary to perform the job funcitions: basic computer skills, ability to multitask and prioritize, strong leadership skills, ability to work independently and with a team, ability to conduct various types of interviews (in person, online or by phone), strong verbal and written communication skills, and knowledge of HR databases and candidate management systems.
