Our Maintenance Technicians focus on customer satisfaction, and they strive to embody our motto, “A Friendly Home”, by maintaining a professional courteous attitude while building relationships with co-workers, residents and our trade partners. This job may be ideal for an experienced technician as well as an experienced supervisor. Our Technicians respond to maintenance requests from our residents to ensure their needs are met, as well as preventative maintenance, light carpentry, appliance installs, HVAC, and other related duties.

ATC has very high standards for performance and candidates must possess the following attributes to be considered:

· Impeccable, professional customer service skills.

· Self-motivated, skilled time manager.

· Dependable transportation and good driving record with a valid drivers’ license and proof of insurance.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Two or more years of related experience and/or training in maintenance or contractor/trades work, including either plumbing, light carpentry, drywall, and electrical, or a combination of skills.

Preferred Qualifications/License (but not required)

· CPO

· EPA

·· OSHA

· HVAC and appliance repair are a plus.

The hours are M-F 8am-5pm (possibility of some weekend, overtime, or on-call hours depending on the property demand).
