Your Role
As a valued member of our team, you will take on the position of DTC eCommerce Category Manager, focusing on the dynamic world of gaming. Reporting to our Head of DTC eCommerce North America, you will play a key role in propelling revenue growth and shaping the success of our direct-to-consumer channel.
Responsibilities- Implement strategic plans to drive eCommerce revenue within the gaming category.
- Customize annual category strategies to align with regional and local requirements.
- Collaborate with various teams to create and execute promotional campaigns and local activations.
- Ensure Logitech maintains a competitive edge in the gaming market.
- Analyze eCommerce data to identify trends and opportunities for informed decision-making.
- Support the commercial team with performance reviews and presentations.
- Enhance the consumer experience on our website by implementing improvements.
- Foster communication and collaboration with Global Category Managers to drive initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for DTC-related matters in your region and category.
- Deep knowledge and passion for gaming and gaming culture.
- Previous experience in eCommerce, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams.
- Proven track record of achieving business objectives with a proactive approach.
- Readiness to tackle new challenges and opportunities with adaptability.
