Establishes the auditing governance framework and procedures to attain long-term auditing objectives. Being a Top Audit Executive directs the creation of annual audit plans. Engages with other functions across the enterprise, like risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits. Additionally, Top Audit Executive delivers audit reports to leadership and recommends enhanced controls or processes as needed. Sets goals for the auditing team and builds expertise with coaching and developmental initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). May require Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Typically reports to top management. The Top Audit Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. In this role, you'll:
- Maintain and beautify client landscapes (residential & commercial)
- Mow lawns, trim hedges, plant flowers & trees, and keep properties pristine
- Watering plants and grass
- Keeping green areas clean and free of weeds
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Install irrigation systems and ensure healthy plant growth
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Provide exceptional service that exceeds client expectations
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
We're looking for someone with:
- Clean felony record / Drug-free
- Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance (preferred)
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
