Immediate Apartment Maintenance and Make Ready Technician position to work in the Norman, Oklahoma area. Duties include, but not limited to; performing and troubleshooting basic maintenance requests, completing make ready procedures on recently vacated rentals in preparation for new renters, completing general routine exterior repairs, ensuring property grounds are presentable and free of debris, working as a critical member of an essential team to provide excellent service to our residents.
