Additionally, Tool, Die, and Gauge Making Supervisor may require an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. SUMMARY:
The Tool and Die Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and directing the tool and die department within the facility to improve day to day die sustaining activities, driving continuous improvements, while meeting quality and safety standards. The Tool and Die Supervisor will ensure the success in building and repairing all types of dies, fixtures, and special machine assemblies.
