Title Examiner/Title Officer

CW Title & Escrow, the largest title and escrow company headquartered in Washington, is seeking a Title Examiner/Title Officer for the Chelan/Douglas market. The Title Examiner/Title Officer position requires an energetic and customer service driven professional that will mentor and lead associates in delivering top notch service. We’ve been building CW Title & Escrow since 2001 and today we are proud to be the largest title and escrow company headquartered in Washington. We provide exceptional title services for Chelan, Douglas, King, Okanogan, Pierce, Snohomish, Spokane, Thurston, and Whatcom counties and we work with our affiliates to service title needs in other counties. In addition, we’re able to offer escrow services for all counties in the State of Washington. While we utilize six large, national underwriting companies, our decisions are made locally here in Washington. Our in-house underwriting, legal counsel, title examiners, and escrow teams are experts in the local communities that we serve. Our vast, local experience and passion for this industry allow us to overcome challenges that may arise from difficult title and escrow issues. Our local expertise allows our clients to efficiently move from under agreement to closing.

Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Hours: 8am-5pm, M-F, onsite in Wenatchee office
• Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year DOE
